1. Prepare the necessary admission requirements for submission on or before the start of classes.

2. Go to apply.csqci.edu.ph and fill out the application form 

3. Confirm your application by clicking the verification link sent to your email address.

You may also submit your enrollment requirements online.

4. Pay the reservation fee* online, on-site or over-the-counter thru our Alternative Payment Partners.

5. Take a screenshot or a photo of your proof of payment and submit it via CSQCiConnect.

*Paid reservation fees will be deducted from the total assessment fees.

6. Once your are officially enrolled you may request for Coronado Account Activation.

*Activation of Coronado Account will take 2-3 working days.

1. Go to your Coronado Email and Search for the email w/ the subject line "CSQCI Account"

2. Go to CSQCI  and log in your account 
Username : Official Coronado Email   Example:juandelacruz@csqci.edu.ph 
Password: BIRTHDAY (YYYY-MM-DD)   Example:1990-04-10

3. Click Enlistment

4. Update your personal information

5. Select Your Learning Modality

6. Choose Payment Terms and Mode of Payment - For a list of payment terms Click Here

7. Once your are officially enrolled you may request for the activation of your Coronado Account Activation.

*Activation of Coronado Account will take 2-3 working days.

4. Request for assessment and Pay the required amount indicated on the assessment form or the reservation fee at the Cashier’s window.

5. Get the official receipt.

6. Once your are officially enrolled, you may request for the activation of your Coronado Account Activation.
